Healthy Lunchboxes

Erin from Project Energize came to talk to us this week about healthy food in lunchboxes.  We found out that fruit, veges, meat, cheese and sandwiches are the best foods to put in lunchboxes as they give us all the energy we need for a busy day of learning at school.
We also discovered that chippies, noodles, chocolate muesli bars and fruit strings are foods that slow us down and don't give us good energy.
